Review by hotel critic
La Bella Suites offers a charming retreat in Ilhabela, with a mix of luxury and value. the room service was prompt, but the room itself felt somewhat basic, lacking the expected touches of sophistication. the tour assistance was helpful, and the provided free Wi-Fi was a plus. The outdoor swimming pool and beach access were pleasant amenities, perfect for relaxing. However, the limited toiletries and absence of a mini-bar in the room were noticeable drawbacks. the air conditioning was a saving grace in the Brazilian heat. the garden area was well-maintained, adding a touch of tranquility. Overall, La Bella Suites falls short of justifying its price tag when compared to other local options. While the service was satisfactory and the setting idyllic, the lack of certain amenities and the understated room design might leave some guests questioning the value proposition.
